299 Cherry Hill Road – New Amenity Center Brings Significant New Leasing Activity
PARSIPPANY, N.J. (February 1, 2022) – Lincoln Property Company, on behalf of Red River Asset Management, announced the recent completion of three new leases along with several renewals at 299 Cherry Hill Road in Parsippany, NJ. Red River recently completed a capital improvement program which included the redesign of the exterior façade that highlights the main entry and address along with a total repainting of the exterior with a new accent banner around the top of the building. A new monument sign directly on Cherry Hill Road was recently completed and installed along with the most attractive feature, a beautiful new Amenity Center located on the first floor. The Amenity Center provides a grab “N” go food service, along with a large conference/ training room with a large flat screen offering tie ins for conferencing and presentations. Recent deals include the renewals of the Law Firm of Kinney, Lisovicz, Reilly & Wolff., P.C. on a long-term lease, the relocation and expansion of Patient Care from the second to the third floor and now leasing a total of 6,465 sf, and the recent lease extension of the accounting firm of Maglin Miskiv, an original tenant, which moved into the building in 1983, and has now been in occupancy at 299 Cherry Hill Road for 39 years. Three new leases were also signed with Unified Women’s’ Healthcare, leasing 3,041 rsf. for eleven years, represented by Larry Martin of JLL. Positive Development leased 4,657 sf on the first floor and was represented by Kelsey Nakamura of JLL. Vascular Management Group has leased 4,160 sf on a direct basis.
