Leasing Activity Brisk at Gatehall 1
PARSIPPANY, N.J. (May 1, 2021) – Lincoln Property Company, on behalf of Chopp Holdings, announced the recent completion of three new leases along with several renewals at Gatehall I in Parsippany, NJ. Chopp Holdings recently completed a capital improvement program which included the renovation of all the common area hallways, new energy efficient LED lighting, attractive carpet tiles, and new artwork. Ownership also replaced and installed new energy efficient rooftop HVAC units. The building also offers a recently renovated fitness and conference center.
These new improvements have led to a significant increase in leasing activity. Recent deals include the Expansion of the Law Firm of Santomassimo & Davis by extending their lease and expanding by 3,948 sf. to bring their total square footage to 10,862 sf. The Law firm was represented by Derek DeMartino of JLL. In a second new lease Engineering Resources Group, leased 4,449 sq. ft on the third floor for their new HQ offices. ERG was represented by Glenn DiGiacomo of CRESA. And finally, Anchor Management Consultants leased 2,140 sf. in a direct deal. Additionally, leases were extended for Liberty Mutual Life Insurance Company for 4,868 sf, Compass Group for 2,788 sf, Career Initiatives for 1,694 sf, and Ivory Systems for 2,853 sf.
