Colleen Cahn joined Lincoln Property Company in April of 2016, and has over 20 years of real estate marketing, operations and graphic design experience. Colleen worked for New England Land Company’s commercial real estate division since 2003 as Marketing Coordinator and Executive Assistant. Prior to New England Land, she worked at Weichert, Inc. and The Relocation Group in Greenwich, Connecticut. She has been a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Connecticut since 2006 and holds an Associate of Arts degree in Graphic Design.
In 2019, Colleen expanded her role with Lincoln into the field of property management. As a Property Manager, she is responsible for tenant and vendor relations, lease administration, financial reporting and overseeing building staff.
